Chinese University Basketball Association (CUBAL) is an intercollegiate basketball league organized by China University Sports Association. Its purpose is "to develop college basketball and cultivate basketball talents", and the high level teams of CUBAL are also popular among basketball fans. The object of this paper is to analyze the results of the 24th CUBAL Men's Basketball Tournament in the national tournament, supplemented by the results of the previous men's basketball tournaments in the national tournament, and to analyze the impact of good and bad results of the Men's College Basketball League in the national tournament through the method of literature and chart analysis, respectively from the analysis of men's basketball teams in colleges and universities, from the aspects of team performance, whether the school is a first-class university, athletes' training, attractiveness of the school, and the coaching experience of the coaches, and so on. Region's performance is good or bad, and the main conclusions are as follows: (1) the unbalanced development of the team performance of the Chinese College Men's Basketball League; (2) through the results of recent years, it is found that almost all of the schools in the top eight of the National Region are the first-class universities in the country; (3) the uneven policies, patterns and enrollment quality of colleges and universities is an important factor influencing the team's performance; (4) most of the coaches in the CUBAL are on-the-job physical education teachers or young coaches, lack of professionalism, and poor ability of on-field command. Suggestions: (1) learn from the example of Chongqing College of Arts and Sciences, its training methods, coaches, enrollment and other policies; (2) communicate with the school to establish a good enrollment system; (3) improve the treatment of coaches to attract good coaches, and the current coaches have to keep learning and updating their own basketball concepts; (4) increase the investment in funding, which is a guarantee for training.
