At present, the scholarship of teaching and learning ability of teachers in local universities of finance and economics is generally weak, and there are fewer teachers who are proficient in the scholarship of teaching and learning, and the scholarship of teaching and learning ability of young teachers in local universities of finance and economics is relatively weaker. Teachers in local colleges and universities of finance and economics do not have a deep understanding of the concept of the scholarship of teaching and learning, lack of practical ability to carry out research on the scholarship of teaching and learning, have weak ability to write high-quality achievements of the scholarship of teaching and learning, and carry out insufficient research on the problems existing in students’ learning.
