Abstract

This study starts from the theoretical perspective of public management and explores in depth the current situation, challenges, and optimization paths of governance in ethnic regions. By analyzing the multidimensional governance status of politics, economy, society, culture, and other aspects in ethnic regions, the existing problems and their causes are revealed. Based on the theories of new public management and multi center governance, propose countermeasures and suggestions to improve the governance system, enhance public services, promote economic development, maintain social stability, and promote cultural inheritance and innovation. Intended to provide theoretical support and practical reference for building an efficient, fair, and sustainable governance model that adapts to the characteristics of ethnic regions.
