This paper explores the application of deep Learning of artificial intelligence in the field of education and its impact on teachers' professional development in the digital age. The research has found that this technology brings opportunities for the professional development of teachers, such as integrating resources to provide teaching materials, assisting personalized teaching based on student data, optimizing teaching evaluation and feedback through intelligent assessment, assisting teaching decisions through data analysis, and using online platforms to support teacher training and growth. At the same time, the challenges faced by Chinese teachers in using artificial intelligence in teaching were analyzed in depth, and corresponding solutions were proposed, aiming to provide useful references for promoting teachers' professional growth in the era of artificial intelligence.
