In recent years, the issue of college students' employability has attracted significant attention. Based on the concept of career planning, this study analyzes college students' employability and pathways for employability enhancement. It elaborates on the four elements constituting employability: job-hunting skills, fundamental abilities, professional competence, and learning capacity. Subsequently, a questionnaire was developed around these four dimensions to investigate the current state of college students' employability. After analyzing the identified problems, the study proposes countermeasures to enhance students' employability within the framework of career planning concepts.
