Study on the bottleneck and countermeasures of the right to use the residential base under the background of "three rights divided into three places"

In the context of the existing residential base system lagging behind the reality, the real demand for revitalization of idle residential bases has arisen. This paper focuses on the right of use in the system of "three rights of separation" of residential base, starts from its basic concept, analyzes the dilemma faced by the right of use of residential base in rural areas, and puts forward corresponding suggestions, in order to better improve the realization path of the right of use of residential base, enhance the sense of access and happiness of farmers on the road to common prosperity, and then promote the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization. In order to improve the realization path of the right to use homestead, enhance the farmers' sense of gain and happiness on the road to common wealth, and promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
