Digital transformation is not merely about technology adoption, but a comprehensive overhaul of management models, business processes, and corporate culture. This paper explores how enterprises can implement digital transformation through scientific strategic planning, analyzes key pathways and implementation methods during the transition, and provides actionable guidance for organizations. The study reveals a strong correlation between strategic planning and digital transformation, with the formulation of strategies and the selection of implementation paths being decisive factors for successful transformation.
