As a beloved and integral part of Chinese culinary tradition, Sichuan cuisine has evolved into a distinct cultural phenomenon in modern times. This paper focuses on Tiaoyuan Li, a notable figure from the Qing Dynasty, who made indelible contributions to the development of contemporary Sichuan cuisine culture. Residing in the fertile land of Shu, Tiaoyuan Li was an avid gourmet with a passion for innovation and a pursuit of culinary excellence. As a representative of the scholarly class with rich life experiences, his influence on the evolution of Sichuan cuisine culture is significant. In this article, we will delve into an analysis of his impact.
